Democracy was established in 2007 after the fall of the Rana regime. The generation of that time thought that now the country will be transformed, the door of development and prosperity will be opened along with civil rights. But that didn't happen.
After 10 years of political strife after the establishment of democracy, the autocratic Panchayat system started in 2017. Even when the king ruled for 30 years, the life of the citizens did not change fundamentally. In the year 2046, the citizens again came down to the streets to throw the Panchayat. Panchayat collapsed and democracy was restored. The door of prosperity could not be opened yet.
Again, the next generation thought that now the country will surely prosper, the citizens will be strong, the country will change. Again, the same fate after 2007 was repeated in the tussle of power politics, political parties and leaders collapsed, and in 2069, the autocratic rule of the king came again. Another mass movement took place in 2062-063 against that autocracy. A republic was established in the country, the constitution was made through the Constituent Assembly. During this period, the third generation has been born. But the lives of citizens have not changed.
One has to sweat for 20 hours in the Arabian Gulf to eat one bite. A large number of Nepalis have to go abroad. There is no environment like that, rather than making good use of the skills I have learned abroad in my own country.
Why is this happening?
Why are the rulers who run the country not like rulers?
Why are leaders and political parties turning away from their responsibilities to citizens?
Will there be any improvement in our socio-political situation?
Why should Nepali always look at foreigners' faces?
A platform to find solutions to similar questions that have been lingering in the minds of citizens for years - Move on Nepal.
We will give priority to not only issues of concern to Nepalis around the world, but to political, social and economic transformation agendas as a whole. Many question the role of political and social activists of the current generation. An attempt to find proper answers to those questions will be made through this platform. We will do not only news, ideas, agenda debates but also collect citizens' opinions on an issue.
We are unwaveringly at the forefront in favor of nationalism, democratic republic, civil rights, good governance, freedom of the press. We keep a record of current national political, social and economic issues through words, pictures and audio-visuals. We are ready to work hand in hand with the individuals and organizations that support our campaign in professional and social service. Nepalis who have gained their professional skills in the social, political, economic, information and communication fields are involved in this platform. Whose motto is only one - Nepal and Nepali.
